We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
US orders: Orders over $75 ship free — for anything under $75, a standard shipping rate applies.
Canadian orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen UPS service. Duties and taxes (if applicable) are not included and may be collected upon delivery.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order. Once it ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. All orders ship via UPS from Brooklyn, NY. Typical delivery times:
• US: 2–5 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
At checkout, you’ll see UPS options such as Ground, 3-Day Select, and 2-Day Air, with pricing calculated automatically.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is scanned by UPS. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other events outside our control.
If you need to update your shipping address after checkout, please email hello@fumum.co as soon as possible. We can update addresses before fulfillment begins but can’t reroute orders once shipped.
Perfume is personal—once a bottle is opened, we can’t take it back. We currently accept returns or exchanges on unopened, full-size bottles within 30 days of delivery.
Discovery Sets and sample vials are final sale (they’re made for trying, not returning).
Returned items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@fumum.co with your order number and reason for return — we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake (damaged, incorrect, or defective items).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos—we’ll make it right.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by UPS, we can’t issue refunds or replacements for missing items. If your address isn’t secure for deliveries, we recommend shipping to a safe location or adding signature confirmation at checkout (coming soon).
